The first batch of staff IDs for newly assigned teachers from the Ghana Education Service (GES) has been published, with the second batch expected soon.
The second set of employee IDs will be distributed this month, according to information acquired by Educand Ghana Network.
This will make it easier for new teachers to register for biometrics in order to improve salary payment. There will, however, be areas where registration may be done.
Unlike past years, when officials from the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the Controller and Accountant General Department (CAGD) traveled from one region to another, this year’s event will take place in one location.
Accra, Ghana’s capital, is hosting the biometric exercise for the 2022 newly recruited teachers. The biometric registration facility is located within the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) headquarters in Accra.
Meanwhile, on May 30, 2022, the first group of biometric registrants finished their biometric registration.
What is the exact date for the release of the second batch of staff IDs to newly posted teachers?
Although the exact date for the distribution of staff IDs to teachers is unknown, we can affirm that the second batch will be sent this month.
According to a reliable source, GES will distribute the second batch of employee IDs at the end of this week.(15th June.2022).
